These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the cancellation, return, and refund policies for services provided by Wellness Dynamics (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling or purchasing services from Wellness Dynamics, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

1.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours’ prior notice.
1.2 Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services at its discretion. In such cases, Clients will be entitled to reschedule without penalty.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 Due to the nature of laboratory services, all sales are final. Once a service has been purchased, scheduled, or performed, no refunds will be issued.
2.2 This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

Specimen collections (urine, saliva, hair, blood, or DNA).
Laboratory testing services.
Administrative and processing fees.
2.3 The Client acknowledges and agrees that laboratory services are custom, time-sensitive, and non-returnable; therefore, refunds are not possible.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate payment or billing error by the Company.
Services canceled by the Company before any collection or testing occurs.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

Missed appointments without timely cancellation under Section 1.
Completed collections, testing, or lab services.
Fees paid to third-party laboratories, healthcare providers, or shipping vendors.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for delays, errors, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, regulatory restrictions, or actions of third-party vendors.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
